(Son of the) Starter problem 444-544

I climbed under the car and shot a video of the problem I have with my starter. Ignore all that I speculated upon in the past. As you can see, the starter does engage but seems to slip and catch as it spins. The flywheel is moving but not as much as the starter is. It's a B16 engine and the starter is a stock Bosch starter(6volt)so it is all matching parts. There are no missing teeth on the flywheel. Any guesses?

Here's a link to the photobucket video - for some reason, I got an error message when I used yours:

IMO, it acts like the gear on the starter is a mismatch to the flywheel teeth. Do any of you 6 volt experts know if there is a possibility of the wrong bendix being installed?

I got the Bendix from an old 6volt starter with the same model number as the one I was currently using. It has nine teeth. The flywheel has 116. There could be something still wrong with it I guess. This grinding/slipping has been present since I purchased the car so could there be something that would make the flywheel out of alignment with the starter?
