I implemented a turing test for posting anonymously.

While this might annoy some legitimate users, my hope is that it will annoy spammers who use automated tools. The legitimate users have the option of creating an account to get around this.

The spammers have this option too, but the game is to make spamming here too expensive for them. Creating accounts and confirming the automated email raises the bar a little more. If they start doing that, then I'll have to add CAPTCHA to the signup process as well.
