vent goes to floor, no air to face 900

the FAQ is a bit unclear about the quick fix. quote:

"...The servo valve that is going bad is used to control the recirculating air function of the Volvo. If you simply plug that one vaccum line, the recirculating function will not work,..."

but...which vacuum line? can anyone point me to the right direction? thanks.

The yellow line on the dual diaphragm vacuum servo. The yellow vacuum line is shown plugged in the picture, and the nipple it was removed from has a little red line around it.
