Virgo color 200

88 244. My 244 is a pale yellow color and I have recently installed white virgos. It looks ok, but I am looking for suggestions for a good color to paint them. Right now, it reminds me of a banana cream pie!! Also, any paint suggestions would be appreciated. I know powder coating would be best, just don't want to get into that right now. Thanks

Heck, I'll throw my thoughts in here. Short of spending the money to have your Virgos powder-coated, you might try some Hammerite gloss black. I like that look.

The finish peeled off of mine so I painted them with graphite wheel paint. They don't look bad against light blue. Graphite would look good against yellow with the black and dark gray trim, IMO.

Scuff them with soap and water + a burgundy scotch pad.

    Rinse very well.

Spray with Silver Rustoleum Epoxy Appliance paint

Good Tip. I have a set of Virgos that was powder coated on my 245 and a set being powder now and a set that I running that needs redoing. Powder is very tough but it costs. I had a set painted base clear that matched my car. did not have the sense to keep them.
