tie rod ends - manufacturer experiences? 200 1988

I am going to my third tie rod ends replacement.

The originals lasted 113K miles.
The replacements (Meyle; #616 020 3283) lasted 40 K miles.
I do not come up with that part number anymore on the Net and Tasca (OEM)(only one I checked) does not have a tie rod end listed.

Are there any recommendations on tie rod end manufacturers.

--------

While I'm at it, same goes for ball joints.

The originals lasted 114K miles.
The replacements (Euro:TVA; #274118 and 2741189) lasted 39 K miles.
Tasca does have ball joints listed but it's the weekend and I can't call to confirm where the part is coming from.

Advance Auto sells Moog tie rod ends, the highest quality parts I have found. Note that Moog is owned by TRW so make sure that Moog box has a Moog part in it, the way to tell is if it comes with a grease nipple, no grease nipple means its a repackaged TRW part of slightly lower quality.
