Bumber Air Dam Connection 200

Does anyone have a good fix for this? I am thinking of drilling a couple of holes, one in the bumper skin and the other one in the dam, and adding a strap behind it, but I thought I would ask you all first.

    Bumper Air Dam Connection 200

Best, easiest, cheapest, and least unslightly repair for me has been the use of black bulldog clips from the office. They replace the little OEM clips that hold the air dam on. Put them on using the silver handles, and once on remove the silver handles. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy. No holes to drill! Can't see 'em, and if they ever fall off, well, I know where there are a whole bunch more!
