All the posts here appear to be absolutely on the mark. This isn't the first one of these, by any means. I, too, have seen people get their products in an extremely timely manner, and also people wait for more than a year. It would seem to me that John needs to step up the amount of competent help he has around his shop. I think this is the only way to really grow his business, if he is interested in making and keeping more customers. I'd like to do business with him, I think he has some very neat products in his product line, but I don't have the patience to be one of his "forgotten".
