These come up, both the round one and the rectangular one, on Tradera.com in Sweden. I was even able to get an NOS version of each, one for my 1956 and one for my 62. Here is the round one shown in a 1955 accessories catalog, and mine mounted on my 444. The part numbers are #79027 (round) and #79503 (rectangular)
