Yes, the lines are available-- I had them replaced on my car by a local indy (it was -20C outside and the flare nut fittings were incredibly corroded so I farmed the job out). My recommendation would be to call FCPgroton.com or Tasca and get prices. Alternatively, you could have them fabricated at a hydraulic shop-- there isn't anything fancy about them...
