Alternator wire 140-160 1972

Well, moved to Ohio and can't find my service for my F.I. 72 142. Charging light was intermitantly coming on and now I know why. The green wire from the regulator harness came off my alternator and I cannot figure out which pole it came off. there is now remnat of a wire commector on the alternator. Can anyone tell me whre it goes? Thanks in advance

Found the pin connector at the top of the alternator

Green usually goes to the brushes.
Won't work with it disconnected.
