passenger-side tail-light problem 200 1992

Passenger-side tail-light wiring has has intermittent voltage TO the fuse (i.e, the light-switch/ignition-switch side of fusebox).

I replaced the headlight switch and problem appeared to be solved... temporarily.

Brake stoplight and turn-signal are the only lamps in the tailight that are working now. The ground wires seem okay; Driver side tail-light is okay.

I'm guessing that the problem is at the ignition switch and I am hoping for some help with that --- the wiring diagrams I've located are really hard to read and unclear to me.
