I have read and I have seen Art's pictures of a blown out intake manifold gasket. Would anyone actually suggest that it be changed as a maintenance item? Like: "I replace my intake gasket every 100K miles".
Just wondering if I should just swap out the one in my 300K car or wait for a problem. I'm thinking this now that I think I might have a vacuum problem as per http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/volvo/1334199/220/240/260/280/problems_go_away_hate.html
