Hi M Rad,
the 89 740 book shows that there's a ballast resistor for the
plus wires for each injector. (in the turbo version only)
There's a separate output from the ballast to each injector.
It looks like the ballast resistor is mounted high inside the engine compartmant near the drivers headlight, with maybe a 5-pole connector and a short pigtail harness. I'd look there first maybe one part is open.
Test for Plus 12VDC at the Green wires
to the ground at the Grey wires of each injector connector
The ground is switched by the ECU- be carefull not to short anything.
