I have a draw-tite trailer hitch that was on a 1990 sedan and was wondering if it would fit a 1991 wagon ?

    All years, all configurations use the same holes. 7-series, 9-series, all the same.

    As far as I know, it will fit just fine. Bumpers interchange between sedans and wagons with no problems. There MAY be differences (not sure) between early and late cars but that change took place for the 90 model year, so it's not an issue for you.
