One final clunk 200

Same problem here, except on a 245. Just put in a new over the axle system. The pipe between the two mufflers is a rather tight fit as you will see. In spite of being as careful as possible to allow ample space between the pipe and adjacent parts, certain types of bumps generate enough movement in the pipe to cause it to clunk into its close neighbors. The rubber donuts (new) seem to have just enough stretch in them to not keep the pipe isolated enough from its surroundings. That said, the new Volvo OEM system is noticeably quieter than its under the axle after market predecessor. Let us know if you are successful in isolating the exhaust clunk. Daryl
