Vented or None Vented rotors on a 91 240 Sedan 200

Hi guy's should Vented or non-Vented rotors go on a 91 240 sedan or does it matter? Also what should I use to make sure the new pads do not squeak?

    check your calipers........ 200

    Hi Steve,
Your car was built with vented front & solid rear brake rotors. So the ATE solid rear rotors will work.....ATE makes a great vented front rotor too the ATE Power Disc [pic]

HOWEVER....sometimes shade tree mechanics change things around. My 89 was built with vented front & solid rear rotors, [as was all production from 88 on].... but somewhere along the line the front brakes were switched over to soild rotors & the appropriate calipers, probably in the interest of saving some money.... You have ABS brakes which was not available when the "narrower" calipers were in production for solid rotors so I don't think it is possible for this to have happened to you....someone will correct me if I am wrong.....
