Cylinder #2 not firing, could it be the Power stage unit 900 1992

960 sedan with the b6304 motor, cylinder #2 died 3 days ago, it's running on 5 cylinders now, no spark in cyl 2, I already changed the coil, nothing, swapped the coil with #1 cylinder and nothing happened, I first thought it was an injector and replaced it but then I realized there was no spark.

I got confused because there's 13v in the cables that connect to the coil so I thought there should be spark, but then I took the plug out and grounded it but there was no spark, two other plugs did fire outside.

Could the power stage unit or ignition amplifier that controls 2,4,6 cylinders be causing this, can it fail "partially" and not the entire unit?
I checked all the cables, disconnected and used some connection lubricant but nothing has changed.

I am getting error code 1-1-3 which is like "Injector fail" but they are all injecting, and even after replacing #2 injector (two injectors cannot be bad and there's gas in the piston.

Any ideas PLEASE.....the power stage is $160, very expensive to play with.
thanks a lot

Yeah, one can be mis led by code 113, you are on the right track.
Try swapping the two power stages, then if you are correct the miss will move to an odd number cylinder.

      Thanks for your help.
Yes it was the power stage unit, I bought one from FCP Groton for $62, half the price of the Bosh unit, it's made by Huco in Germany and the car is running fine again.
The right side unit has to be replaced from under the car, no way to do it otherwise.
