Hi All
so how long can a auto tranny sit around? 03-71L with 96,000 miles.
any tricks i should know about?

The only suggestion I would have would be to be sure that any openings are plugged. Filler tube opening on pan, cooling line connectors can be capped in some way to keep any inquisitive bugs from crawling in.
