Had ball joints and steering rack replaced. After alignment at the shop I got a nasty surprise. I was backing out of a parking spot and turned the wheel to the right and backed out. The steering wheel bounced in my hands like I was backing over asphalt strips before an intersection. Big asphalt strips. What is this?
