Squeaky rattle near cat converter on 745t when stopped in gear 700 1992

The downpipe has heat shields on it that are tack welded onto the main pipe. The non-turbo cars have two - the welds broke on both on my car. I pried them the rest of the way off with a big screwdriver and the noise went away. I would imagine a turbo would have even more heat shielding because of the exhaust temperatures of the turbo charger.
