I am trying to install one of these in my car, I have figured out the brackets but I have 4 latches, two with a metal bracket and two without, where do these mount ?

hello
there should be two plastic like latches that hold the gate in the up position and they get attached to the roof/celing.
there should be two metal brackets that lock the gate in the down position which attach to the rear of the back seats.
i seen 4 or 5 done this way at the boneyard.
