I have an excellent dashboard in a 1959 544 parts car. I would like to remove the dash top befor the sun/weather causes it to crack or discolor. I have it covered at the moment. Is it possible to remove the dash top and hopfully reuse it in another 544?

    They are usually held on with the screws along the windshield and the trim on the dash front. The ones I've taken off were also glued in place.

    As long as you don't pry up on it enough to crack the surface, you should be able to get it off without too much trouble.
