FCP Groton has this hose , but says it's for '82-'93 pump to filter. P/N 1312297 for $29.

I would probably cut the plastic away between the barbs (leave barbs covered) and use a 3" piece of 5/16" ID Fuel Injection hose, with a good FI (smooth) clamp on each end.
