mounting DelcoRemy alternator 120-130

Thanks for info everybody. No header in the engine compartment, don't plan on ever having one, so that won't be an issue for my particular application.

Now I just need to figure out proper tool to use to enlarge that hole and shave the metal. It was done very nicely on the alternator currently mounted in the wagon. Not sure if this is something the auto-electrical shop can do for me (don't they have power tools?) or if I need to take the alternator somewhere in particular for the metal surgery.
