It's a rare day Spook can't find a p/n in his collection of Vadis CDs, so I had to take the challenge. It took a bit of searching, but I believe the female 2-pin Molex connector for the expansion tank coolant level sensor is Volvo p/n 9144275 "socket housing". It's also used on things like side marker lights, washer fluid pumps and a few other places on 960s and other models. It's readily available from Volvo and a number of aftermarket suppliers for a couple of dollars. This is just the housing. You will also need the two female crimp connectors that click lock in place. The corresponding female pins are listed as p/n 949002. Unfortunately the pins don't appear to be available under that p/n and may have been superseded. A parts desk may be able to help you find something suitable for the connector. Another source for the pins is any electrical/electronics supply house that carries common Molex connectors or butchering them out of a parts car.
