Surprised it doesn't appear to have a column switch for the OD. Kind of tough to see in the photos though.

My VIN plate is also screwed on. I believe that is the only way they came from the factory. At one time, CT DMV was insisting that the plate be riveted. Some dopey inspectors would not pass any car that did not have the plate riveted regardless of how it came from the factory. Said that the factory could not sell a new car with the VIN tag screwed on, even in the 1960s! It was a struggle to convince DMV that it was not required by law.
