Did you change Bushing # 3 ? 200


Alternator has 3 bushings.
2 on alternator (at bottom), easy to see.
1 on tension adjustment mechanism.

If bushing #3 on tensioner is old, alternator will be crooked - bad alignment.

2 bottom bushings should be pushed into holder from middle part, pointing out.
That is, front bushing points forward (large-diameter "shoulder" is at center-rear).
Rear bushing points backward (large-diameter "shoulder" is at center-front of holder).

This holds alternator at center of bolt space so it does not move forward to radiator
