Vacuum bellows for 940

Have a gorgeous 1994 940 turbo wagon. Everything is tip top... except for the vacuum bellows part of the HVAC. Mine is broke, which means air flow is determined by how much acceleration there is. (Awful situation in the summer!)
Mine has two vacuum ports. Part has been discontinued. Need it bad, and that ain't good.
