79 Volvo 240, rough idle?

Hey, I’m a girl looking into buying this 79 Volvo 240. I’m pretty into them, and I want to drive a CAR not some steel with wheel. I’m willing to some maintenance if I need to.

It’s got a few cosmetic problems which I don’t mind, and overall in pretty good condition for a 40 year old car. It does have a rough idle though. Any idea what the problem could be? Maybe vacuum leak? What else? How big of a problem is this?
