Bad Coil Pack? S70 1999

I have a S70 GLT 99 model and recently i noticed the car was idling as if i was missing here and there but it got much worse. Then the check engine light went on. It idles rough almost like its going to die but it never does. I thought maybe a plug was bad. I checked the oil but there is no dead plug and there is no gas smell in my oil. The plugs are only 9,000 miles old. Oil level is at max and i use mobil 1 synthetic.

I was thinking that with only 45,000 maybe a coil pack is bad? Any ideas? I have to take it in as soon as i can get an appointment.
