AW5 Trans Flush - WRONG FLUID!

2000 V70 SE w/AW5 auto; 90k miles...

Just took car in to dealer for some service: Strut work. When I asked them to double check their service records on what ATF they used for a trans flush at 75K a few months ago, they said they used the conventional ATF, not the specified synthetic ATF. My guess is that the servicing tech just wasn't paying attention to what transmission he was servicing...

I will make an issue of this with the service manager, since they used the wrong fluid.

I wonder what/if any damage has been caused in 15K of running with the incorrect fluid? So far, nothing is discernible in performance.

ANy opinions on what my recourse is with the dealer for corrective action?
