Check your owner's manual. Historically, Volvo hasn't kept the EQ info secret.

If your owner's manual doesn't say anything about it, then it's not an option. The frequency curve used in your deck would be fixed for your model of car at the factory, or possibly set by some combination of pinouts in the stock harness.
