Upgrade S40 1.9T to T4? S40-V40

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone would know it is possible to upgrade a north-american 2001 1.9T to the European T4. This would boost the hp from 160 to 200! If possible, what would such an upgrade require? Just a change in the Turbo?
