Odometer Failure then Freaky ABS 850 1996

Victor - I saw on your website where you recommend geting a diagnosis on the ABS module before sending it to you. Do I need a mechanic or OBD-II reader for this? Or am I already diagnosed.

Also, I got wierd brake pedal shudder today while pulling up to a red light. Smooth dry pavement. I guess it was ABS trying to engage for no apparent reason.

Thanks for the help. I might have to rent that E-Torx.
