Multiple misfires 850 1996

I already am in the process of replacing the plugs with Bosch platinum ones. (I hope they're decent, not much selection at WalMart) I'll see if I can get my hands on a cap/rotor, filter and some wires today. Checked the air filter- it looks pretty clean, but like you said, might as well.
Strangely, I live in a pretty populated area, but there aren't any auto parts stores around here. Except for me, it's a pretty affluent area, so everyone that doesn't drive a brand new Porsche/Lexus/Mercedes just takes their wheels to the dealer and hands it over. There's even a Ferrari and Rolls shop here, but I have to drive to Savannah to get a set of Rhino Ramps.
Is replacing the rotor difficult? I'm capable, just not knowledgable since I've never done this kind of work on cars before.

Oh, and when I took the cover off of the block, there was a good bit of grungy water still pooled up under there. Surprising since I've driven about 50 miles today in 90+ degree heat and heavy traffic.

Thanks for the advice!
