1994 vs. 1995 850 1995

I am trying to decide between two used volvo 850's. One is a 1995 turbo with 130,000 miles and the other is a 1994 with about 190,000 miles but that has been better taken care of and maintained.

A few questions: What kind of mileage are 850's capable of? I know 240's can go like 500,000 miles and of courseit's all about maintenance. Are there any pros/cons to either of these years alone? For example, I know 850's built after 1995 don't have the underhood led code reader. Are there any major differences/improvements between a 1994 and 1995 850?
