I am mad at YOU! You didn't mention the name and location of the shop. How can we avoid the place?
"Fried wires"??? They left the battery connected while dropping the engine/tranny. Period. Did they show you the "fried wires" on your 1999 car? Were they melted down in a mass of plastic? Or did they look funny when they plugged the battery in backwards????
