Securing Dashboard and Contents to Car S70 2000

On my wife's 1999 V70, the glove box liner rattles and squeaks. The plastic indentation in which the screws nestle gave way. I had to secure the liner with large washers under the screw heads, and it still squeaks when you drive over rutted roads.
