Any thoughts on this intermittent issue where the lights for instrument cluster go out and at same time the turn signals don't work. The other day, it actually did this following the jolt from a nice pot-hole. Previous occurrances were when car was first started from an overnight (not neccessarily cold night). Turning car off then restarting usually fixed the issue. I have a Haynes manual and looking at the electrical diagrams doesn't lead me to think that issue is a common loose ground or even a loose common connector.

Any thoughts??
