S80 ETM – Class action lawsuit......won't help! S80

People can TRY but nothing will become of it.
Volvo, like ALL other car manufacturers have made less than ideal products in the past yet it's unlikely that those who own these will ever see any free stuff or refunds.

As mentioned, ABS control units and 850 AC Evaps have also been problematic in the past yet nothing was ever done.

Most ETMs fail once the warranty is up, typically higher mileage and to VCNA, that's then not Volvos problem anymore. No car today is made to last and today, they're only as good as their warranty period, after that, you're SOL.
