check engine light-code P8448 850 1997

I was driving and the check engine light went on. I drove for a half hr more. The oil was low. I put in a quart and a half of oil. I had the code checked at autozone and it pulled P8448. They reset the light and it didn't go back on. What does the code mean and what part do I have to change if the light goes on again?
