Your dealer lied to you. There is no PCV on turbo models, no flame trap either! If the manifold pressure is too high, you would get leaks from the rear main seal or the oil cap or even the dip stick. I doubt it would cause oil to be burned in the exhaust. You have another problem. There is a PCT(?) on your engine which allows oil fumes to enter the turbo at the air intake behind the air cleaner down near the rear of the engine. It has two vacuum lines and an electrical switch attached at that point. Do a search on "PCT" and all will be explained. It is not an $800 repair! Change your oil to synthetic 10W30, it will absorb more heat without breaking down and smoking.
