The true euro headlight capsules are adjusted by electric motors and have a switch on the dash. The idea is to allow beam adjustments depending on the load in the car.

We have hybrids and need to do things manually.

There is supposedly a Hella beam aimer available at some shops, but I've never seen one.

I just use the old-fashioned chalk-and-wall method.
