1. Bay 13 has a temporary fix. It didn't work for me that well.
2. Someone else had posted something that was closer to a solution. It required a dremel to file off a section of the arm that causes lift-off. When I looked at the arm and the spring closely during the wiping, it made complete sense why that would work. Can't find the message, but search might turn it up. This worked for about a year or so.
3. One dealer I had visited said they just got a new tool to bend the arm. They did it for (I was there for other services), and worked wellm at least for serveral months.
4. The blade got old and it left too much streaking, and a bit of lift-off again. I asked the dealer to put in a new blade, which they forgot and still charged me. I complained and they put in a winter blade. They didn't do anything about the arm lift-off, but it's been working rather well.
I'm gonna be cheap until I absolutely have to buy a new arm. Hope one of these methods works for you. I don't think any of them is a permanent solution.
