rough idle when cold 850

its probably not a an egr or 02 sensor as the engine isn;t in any real condition to use either of those when its that cold. Cold engines need extra fuel, perhaps you have a big vacuum leak, or the ecu doesnt really accurately know what the air or coolant temp is, so as to compensate for those cold conditions, thus the hard starting.
