Not your average blower problem 850 1993

Maybe some water froze around the squirrel cage or some object is locking it? If you are sure the fuze is good and have an ammeter substitute it temporarily for the fuze and see if current is being drawn when the blower should be running. I think 4 or 5 amps should flow on high setting. If not, maybe motor or connections are open or corroded. If current is being drawn (and blower still does not run) then look for a locked rotor or bad bearings in motor.
