V70 rear upper tail lights swap for 850's? 850

Hello:

My 850 upper rear tail lights are faded by the sun and the plastic looks tired, too. The bottom portions looks pretty good.

I'd like to switch the 850 upper lights for the V70 upper lights to get the clear turn with amber bulb and update the look a bit.

Is this a straight swap, or is there some modification required? I've seen some lights on ebay lately, and figure that the recycle market is starting to get some of these lamps from wrecked V70s.
