I had the very same problem with my passanger side door keyless entry. The problem appeared only when my wife rode in the passanger seat. In watching her exit the car and occasionaly she would hit the manual lock button just under the door release lever. I sermise that this action put the door system computer out of sequense. The locking system corrected itself after a few trips with the car. My problem was solved after I had her not hit the door unlock button when exiting car. Hope this helps you.
