S70 Keyless Entry S70 1998

Hello all. As many of you might have, or have not, read in the message a posted a few days ago, I have recently inherited one of my parents' S70s. It is a base as they come, and does NOT have keyless entry remotes. What my question is, if I purchase some remotes and take them to the dealer to be programmed, can that be done? OR is it such that not all S70's have the receiver device on them to take commands from the remote devices? If you have any insight, please feel free to enlighten me! Also, if you know of ANYWHERE one can find an SC-901 radio, don't hesitate to post that also.
