I dunno, but I always drain all I can, then flush out the old by running fresh water in while idling. When it's "all" fresh water, I drain as much as possible. I've always been able to add half the stated capacity in undiluted antifreeze, sometimes squeezing the last bit in after the level dropped again due to a bubble clearing. Never tried the dilute it first method. Maybe others have. We'll see.
